About The Position

The Solutions Specialist will develop productive relationships with new and existing clients while ensuring consistent pipeline development and closed business opportunities in their territory. Solutions Specialists require a hunting ambition and need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will develop sales leads from initial contact to successful closure to contribute to business growth.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ethical and Critical Thinking.
  • Experience in technology sales and / or technical services sales is required.
  • Experience selling into mid-large enterprises is required.
  • Proven track record of successful selling
  • High energy paired with a hunting mentality and competitive spirit.
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism; accountability and self-starter qualities are a must.
  • 4+ years in business development and/or channel sales with a proven track record of success.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor or master degree in business or technology preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new opportunities by utilizing existing relationships, cold reach-out, industry events, etc.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with new clients.
  • Collaborate with Converge Account Executives to support the identification and growth of data and analytics opportunities with existing Converge clients.
  • Identify and understand client's data and analytics initiatives and how Converge can support them.
  • Develop, prepare, and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and quotes for Cybersecurity products & services.
  • Build, negotiate and sell complex service deals.
  • Document all client activities within Converge's CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Other duties as assigned.
