  • Prospect and develop new B2B opportunities in the SMB office market.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to office managers, facility directors, and business owners.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and follow up on inbound interest.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of reverse osmosis systems and the ROI of premium hydration solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to product and operations teams to improve customer experience.
  • Represent Aztec at trade shows, networking events, and local business expos.
  • 3+ years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in office equipment, facilities services, or commercial appliances.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Willingness to work both onsite in our Middletown, CT, headquarters and in the field for local client visits.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive to local client sites daily. Most destinations will be under one hour’s drive, and nearly all will be under two hour’s drive.

  • Total annual compensation of $100,000-120,000+ at target, with a base salary of $50,000 and a lucrative, cap-free commission plan
