Leads teams focused on Business systems and solution development and support. Designs, builds and supports solutions or improvements to business systems that can be accomplished through technology or alternative uses of existing technology. Oversees technical debt management, currency, KPIs and optimization of people. Serves as a liaison between the technical team, organization leadership, and providers. Oversees technical debt management, currency, KPIs, optimization of people and vendor activity for multiple vendors, may serve as primary relationship manager.

  • Oversee and lead the program execution for our Data Accessibility strategy.
  • Manages overall operations of designated area of authority. Interviews, hires, trains, and directs personnel. Prepares and conducts performance assessments, coordinates discipline and oversees Employee development as required.
  • Identifies and analyzes business needs, requirements, and objectives, influencing and providing recommendations for solutions or improvements to business systems through technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
  • Designs information systems that meet user needs and align with the organization's architecture, estimates the cost of system solutions, and prepares project plans to aid in prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources.
  • Leads multiple teams in developing within common environments, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to quality standards, and providing technical and analytical guidance.
  • Manages the integration of vendor partner development into end-to-end solutions, conducts financial health analysis to manage IT budgets, and plans technology investment decisions to optimize program and portfolio success.
  • Continuously evaluates technology, processes, and architecture to improve performance, plans for team capacity, provides audit support, compliance management, and monitors KPIs to ensure application health and efficient execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer or information science, business or equivalent and six years' experience in IT or related discipline; or
  • Associate degree in computer or information science, business or equivalent and eight years' experience in IT or related discipline; or
  • High School diploma or equivalent and ten years' experience in IT or related discipline.
  • Two years prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Leadership and Program experience operating in an agile environment.
  • Prior experience implementing data strategies.
  • Completion of relevant designations or training preferred.
