About The Position

Ivalua is seeking Solution Optimization and Adoption Consultants to lead initiatives aimed at detecting adoption and performance issues within client organizations. The role involves collaborating with customers to develop action plans, configuring solutions based on requirements, and ensuring successful deployment of projects. The consultant will also report to management on various initiatives and oversee project management office activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent plus 5 years of experience.
• Two years of experience in understanding complex functional and technical environments and communicating technical concepts to non-technical people.
• Experience in seeking configuration solutions rather than new coding and development.
• Functional and business knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement.
• Familiarity with SQL and other databases, including software configuration.
• Strong client relationship management skills, self-driven, results-oriented, with strong leadership and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end initiative to detect adoption and performance issues by interviewing customers and building an action plan.
• Report to management on all initiatives by following established processes.
• Work actively in the Discovery phase by sharing leading practices with customers or partners, demonstrating the product, and taking ownership of the action plan.
• Configure the solution based on requirements and coordinate efforts with team members to meet initiative milestones.
• Oversee and contribute to the Delivery and Action plan to ensure successful deployment to Production.
• Ensure adherence to PMO (Project Management Office) activities.
