About The Position

As the Solution Marketing Lead | Unified Data Platform you will develop and refine the Unify Your Data Platform solution play go-to-market (GTM) strategies in the corporate segment. To successfully achieve this you will be responsible to understand customers digital-first needs, audience needs, perform market research, understand partner & seller journey needs, and determine investment mix/levers to optimize customer engagement. integrated marketing briefs, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), running weekly Rhythm of Business (ROB) across the corporate segment to accelerate what's working and get to green plans, informed by data/insights to deliver the greatest solution play impact for the business. A successful candidate for this role will have the following: Customer obsession: Experience with outside-in empathy for customer experience and success. Intellectual curiosity: Break through hurdles and create new opportunities by always pushing to learn the root causes for issues and options for the best path forward. Strong Collaboration Skills: Experienced collaborator on complex multi-faceted issues across multiple groups, with a great awareness to establish relationships that result in right outcomes for the business and our customers. Ability to influence others: Ability to move others across organizational boundaries to a desired business outcome when there is no clear “ownership” of an issue.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years' experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years' experience in business
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years' experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years' experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing roles.
  • Customer obsession: Experience with outside-in empathy for customer experience and success.
