We are recruiting a Solution Manager - Live Video to help broadcasters, sports organizations/rights holders and streaming platforms deliver premium, reliable, and low-latency live experiences. Role Overview As a Solution Manager - Live Video, your mission is to shape how, broadcasters, sport organizations, right holders, and streaming platforms deliver high-quality live video at scale. Starting from customer needs, you will turn real-world challenges into strategic solutions, accross workflows such as live compression, packaging, and contribution systems, while driving strong market positioning and value.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with broadcasters, OTT streaming platforms, or content owner, particularly in live workflow
  • Strong knowledge of DAI, FAST channels, ad-supported workflows, and video revenue models
  • Proven ability to turn customer revenue challenges into innovative, actionable solutions
  • Experience in product or solution management with market-facing responsibility
  • Strategic mindset with deep awareness of market trends, opportunities, and customer needs
  • Collaborative and influential, able to engage cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders effectively
  • Passionate about innovation, driving impact and open to diverse perspectives

Responsibilities

  • Be the champion of our live video customers, uncovering their operational pain points, growth ambitions, and workflow challenges
  • Shape the vision and market positioning of our Live Video Solutions
  • Partner with Product Owners and R&D to ensure the roadmap adresses real market needs
  • Explore new markets opportunities and customer segments to drive business growth
  • Empower sales and pre-sales teams by validating that our solutions solve real-world revenue challenges.
