We are currently seeking a Senior Director - Insurance L&A Solutions Leader to join our Insurance North America Team. (We cannot sponsor for this role at this time). Requirements

  • 15+ years of Insurance industry experience.
  • 10+ years of solutioning or business development experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Graduate Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an authority on Insurance Industry within NTT DATA and with customers.
  • Manage large pursuits or strategic customer relationships of critical importance.
  • Develop advanced/leading-edge solutions and/or concepts.
  • Creatively and strategically support key business objectives.
  • Build external alliances with customers and industry experts to gain and share information and industry trends.
  • Apply thought leadership to understand competitive position and build win strategies for large pursuits.
  • Shape long-term strategic direction and reputation of NTT DATA Insurance Services.
  • Develop integrated business solutions across business units.
  • Create solutions that enhance NTT DATA's ability to deliver services to clients.
  • Ensure products and services are aligned with current and future needs and expectations.
  • Lead the development of innovative ideas and principles.
  • Manage to completion pursuits that span multi-functional, multi-national, and multiple sites.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with top executives in targeted companies.
  • Design and deliver multiple enterprise-wide system solutions to the external customer.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities at existing clients as well as opportunities with new clients.
  • Develop and explain business cases to Senior Executives within the company.
