About The Position

We’re looking for a Solution Engineer with hands-on HR tech experience to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll partner with enterprise customers during the sales and post-sales process, designing and demonstrating tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, and other leading ATS platforms. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that bridges product expertise and enterprise customer needs. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure our customers unlock maximum value from Grayscale.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in solution engineering, sales engineering, implementation consulting, or a related role, ideally in HR tech/SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major HCM (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, UKG, etc.).
  • Skilled at working with large, complex organizations, including navigating stakeholder alignment across HR, IT, and procurement.
  • Ability to understand APIs, SSO/SAML, data mapping, and workflow design (coding experience not required, but a plus).
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-scaling startup environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to design and deliver compelling demos, proofs-of-concept, and technical deep-dives for enterprise prospects.
  • Lead consultative sessions with HR and IT stakeholders to map requirements, integration needs, and success criteria.
  • Serve as the SME on HCM integrations (Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, UKG, etc.), guiding both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding and implementation teams by ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to delivery.
  • Capture customer feedback and partner with Product to shape the roadmap, ensuring we solve the most critical HR tech challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with HR, TA, and IT leaders at enterprise accounts, establishing Grayscale as a strategic partner.
