About The Position

Join our Solutions engineering team at Guardsquare, a software product company known for developing the successful open-source project ProGuard and cutting-edge mobile security products like DexGuard and iXGuard. We utilize compiler technology, obfuscation, encryption, and optimization techniques to enhance application performance and security against reverse engineering and tampering. As part of the solutions engineer team, you will work at the intersection of sales and engineering, providing technical support and driving the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• First experience in coding.

• Experience with Linux, Windows, and Apple operating systems.
• Knowledge of information security.
• Familiarity with Android and/or iOS app development.
• Familiarity with ProGuard or DexGuard.
• Familiarity with Android Studio and the Android build tools.
• Familiarity with the XCode build process.
• Experience with reverse engineering and commonly used tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales with technical queries of prospects through meetings, calls, or mail.
• Support companies conducting a Proof of Concept with our products and guide them throughout the process.
• Help customers with onboarding, including kick-off calls, progress follow-ups, product training, and optimizing their product setup.
• Cooperate with support teams by handling configuration support tickets.
• Take charge of configuration reviews to ensure customers maximize the use of our products.
• Provide timely and insightful feedback to engineering, product management, and marketing.
• Research the latest mobile security and hacking technologies.
