Requirements

  • 5+ years of automotive software experience, representing a similar portfolio with proven results
  • DMS knowledge is key; familiarity with dealership management systems and their workflows is essential for success in this role
  • Ability to work across multiple disciplines from Performance, Onboarding, Support, and Sales in support of our business goals
  • Ability to establish and maintain a strong business relationship with customer stakeholders and decision makers
  • Solid understanding of a customer’s key business drivers
  • Project management style focus to ensure customers achieve their desired business results
  • Desire to solve challenges and win
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and internal tools (SFDC, ZenDesk, Teams, Excel, etc.) skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in career experience

Responsibilities

  • Support Performance, Onboarding, Support, and Sales to achieve our business goals
  • Act as a performance resource to answer questions, resolve customer concerns, configure solutions to meet customer needs, and train customers to utilize the solution effectively
  • Serve as an implementation resource to onboard solutions that meet customer needs and educate customers on the proper usage of solutions
  • Review support tickets/calls, diagnose issues, and resolve with a project manager style focus and ownership
  • Deliver targeted and impactful demonstrations, uncover opportunities, and submit leads to Sales while performing Performance, Onboarding and Support functions
  • Establish and maintain subject matter expert status for at least one dealership area (Variable Operations, General Operations including Accounting, or Fixed Operations)
  • Stay current with industry trends to leverage and support our business goals
  • Acquire competitive solution knowledge to enhance and increase our unique benefits
  • Assist in internal solution, industry, and competitive intelligence training
  • Assist in product feedback and enhancement requests
