About The Position

You will play a key role in a team that delivers technology solutions by designing, developing, and installing software. Ensuring compliance with internal standards, you will also modify and troubleshoot applications. Additionally, you will engage in testing activities and collaborate with Project Management, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams using either Waterfall or Agile methodologies. Looking for someone with extended Archer experience Please note: This position is onsite (Columbus, OH)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in complex SQL statements, .NET, Oracle, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and XML/XSLT.
  • Significant experience with high-volume, configurable platforms (ARCS includes over 170 applications and questionnaires built in Archer).
  • Proficient in leading code and peer reviews, initiating application procedure development, and ensuring adherence to change management processes.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile Scrum.
  • Experience in maintaining and creating custom code in Archer, along with database and integration support.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, urgency, and attention to detail to support real-time operations for internal and third-party vendor applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience includes Selenium, C#, Jira, GitHub, REST APIs, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Technology Project Managers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to understand requirements, design, develop, deliver, and support high-quality ARCS (Archer) application solutions at Level 3 (L3).
  • Provide support for the configurable Archer platform, including development (coding) and customization.
  • Assist business analysts and stakeholders in creating and executing unit, system, and user acceptance test cases.
  • Build trusting relationships and work collaboratively with other solution engineers within your team, as well as with cross-functional teams, system integrators, and job families to achieve complex goals.
  • Experience with Archer (formerly RSA Archer) or similar Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms and risk management is a plus, but not required.
