About The Position

The position involves working closely with Brixio and Cloudflare teams to architect, scope, and propose solutions tailored for enterprise clients. The role requires deploying and managing various Cloudflare solutions, including Magic WAN, Magic Transit, Zero Trust, WAF, and CDN. Additionally, the candidate will support L2/L3 escalation for Cloudflare incidents, configuration, and troubleshooting. The role also emphasizes driving technical validation, proof-of-concept, and customer onboarding, alongside providing configuration automation, preferably using Terraform, and collaborating on CI/CD tooling. The candidate will be responsible for writing SOPs, runbooks, and architecture diagrams for reuse in Professional Services and Solutions Engineering engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in network engineering or security engineering
• 2+ years hands-on with Cloudflare platform (Magic WAN, Magic Transit, WAF, ZTNA)
• 2+ years client-facing (consulting, pre-sales, or TAM roles)
• Familiar with high-availability network design, firewall migration, DNS security
• Strong documentation habits and experience using Confluence/Jira/Git
