The Solutions Engineer for PSPs & ISVs is responsible for driving the successful technical adoption, integration, and ongoing support of Ingenico’s solutions within our partner ecosystem. This role works closely with account executives, partner managers, and product teams to provide technical expertise and integration guidance throughout the pre- and post-sales cycle. As the technical liaison between PSP/ISV partners and internal departments including product management, sales, marketing, QA, and software development, you will gather and translate business and technical requirements into actionable solutions. You’ll deliver product demonstrations, lead technical workshops, guide integrations, and provide consultative support to ensure seamless deployment of Ingenico’s payment solutions. The ideal candidate has proven experience supporting large, complex integrations in the payments or fintech space, with strong communication skills and the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.
