About The Position

The Solution Engineer for ArcGIS Indoors is responsible for leveraging GIS technology to enhance the safety and efficiency of the built environment. This role involves identifying the right analysis tools, creating innovative solutions, and effectively communicating the value of GIS to customers. The position plays a crucial role in supporting sales strategies and building relationships with clients while becoming a technical expert in Esri's Indoor GIS system.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of GIS technology and its applications in smart building environments.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present and demonstrate solutions to customers.
• Problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and propose appropriate GIS solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships by presenting, demonstrating, and supporting the sale of Esri software and solutions as part of the account team.
• Become a technical expert on Esri's Indoor GIS system for smart buildings and communicate confidently with customers about Esri technologies.
• Proactively craft and propose solutions that demonstrate how GIS can address critical challenges faced by customers.
• Define and deliver strategies that align Esri technology with customer business needs.
