Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in pre-sales, solution design, or bid/tender management in Information Technology or Air Transport Industry technology.
  • Proven track record in producing, communicating, and documenting successful technical customer solutions.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver proposals, including building business cases and responding to complex RFPs.
  • Strong customer-facing, presenting, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation, multitasking, and follow-up abilities, comfortable managing several opportunities in parallel.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to drive cross-functional stakeholder groups toward a shared solution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical qualification and solution design in customer proposals.
  • Design and develop solutions (standard and complex) in collaboration with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties.
  • Prepare clear, accurate proposals and participate in customer presentations and workshops.
  • Ensure solutions are designed for efficient, Right First Time (RFT) implementation and operational support.
  • Promote SITA's portfolio by sharing up-to-date information on products and enhancements with customers.
  • Partner with sales to support account strategies and the consultative selling process.
  • Coordinate with delivery and contracts teams to ensure smooth transition from design to implementation.
