As a GIS subject matter expert at Esri, you will play a pivotal role in identifying the right analysis tools for complex business challenges faced by our customers. Your expertise in GIS technology will not only allow you to create innovative solutions but also to communicate these solutions effectively, inspiring others about the transformative power of GIS. You will join an account team where your problem-solving skills will be leveraged to demonstrate the value of GIS, uncovering unique patterns and trends that can lead to better decision-making and understanding for our clients. In this position, you will build strong relationships with customers, presenting and demonstrating Esri software and solutions as part of a collaborative account team. Your role will involve planning and executing sales strategies while becoming a subject matter expert in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector, as well as a technical expert in ArcGIS. You will confidently engage with customers, articulating the Esri message and anticipating their needs in light of emerging technology trends. Your responsibilities will also include proactively crafting and proposing solutions that clarify how GIS can bring significant business value to our customers. You will define and deliver strategies that align Esri technology with the specific challenges faced by clients. Additionally, you will present technical demonstrations of proposed solutions, design presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences, and share best practices regarding the use, deployment, and administration of Esri technology. Opportunities to present at conferences and trade shows will also be part of your role, allowing you to showcase the capabilities of GIS technology to a broader audience.
