All this in a data-driven growth company with a collaborative culture. Your Responsibilities:  The Senior Director works with the sales, consulting, and operations team as a subject matter expert in the areas of data aggregation, commercial data warehouse, and patient journey analytics  Works with commercial leadership to identify priority cross-sell and green field account targets and supports the opportunity planning process. Develops sales and implementation acceleration tools for the Commercial Data Suite, including discovery tools, RFP and SOW templates, business case/ROI analysis, et. al.  Able to diagnose/discover customer pains and engineer vision for a solution Develops trusted advisory relationships with customers and prospects Deliver tailored presentations, demonstrations, and business cases  Support sales team with RFP response and SOW creation Collaborate with Product Management on new use cases, analytics, or stakeholder requirements Participate and speak at industry conferences and webinars

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare data analytics or commercial data warehousing in a pre-sales, product, implementation, or consulting role
  • Familiar with the following datasets and systems: 3rd-party market data - pharmacy/medical claims, formulary, Rx, EHR, Lad 2nd-party datasets - channel and dispensing data, rebates and chargebacks, patient status, hub, copay, and interventions  1st-party datasets/systems - CRM, Patient Portals, Multichannel marketing systems, etc.
  • Proficient with analytics tools and data platforms (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake, AI/ML, etc.)
  • Strong background in commercial reporting use cases such as field sales reporting, field reimbursement, patient journey, brand performance, etc.
  • Strong group presentation skills either virtually, in-office, or at industry conferences
  • Ability to engineer vision for a market-driven solution
  • BA, BS, or BBA is required

Nice To Haves

  • MBA, MS, or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
