About The Position

The Solution Developer plays a key role in creating and optimizing client applications using our SaaS platform. This position blends creative problem-solving and technical configuration to build scalable, cloud-based regulatory management systems that help clients streamline complex business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing or developing solutions for complex business processes.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with APIs (REST/Graph).
• Minimum 3 years of experience using JavaScript to build user experience (React experience is a plus).
• Experience applying data modeling concepts to support new systems functionality.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and NoSQL structures.
• Familiarity with development methodologies such as Agile and tools like Confluence, JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, or TFS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and mockup tools such as Figma or PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with low-code development platforms (e.g., Mendix, Appian, Pega, Salesforce Lightning, ServiceNow, OutSystems, Microsoft Power Apps/Logic Apps).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into actionable, system-driven solutions.
• Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
• High attention to detail, self-motivation, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into innovative, enterprise-level solutions using a low-code platform (Evoke).
• Configure workflows, data objects, actions, and interfaces through “point and click” development.
• Develop custom API integrations and JavaScript customizations to support unique client requirements.
• Lead technical design sessions and create documentation including flowcharts, diagrams, and user guides.
• Conduct interactive working sessions with clients to gather feedback, align on technical design, and resolve issues.
• Ensure all production changes meet version control, testing, and lifecycle standards.
• Stay up to date on platform capabilities and industry best practices to enhance delivery quality.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client experiences and continuous innovation.
