At Workday, we are looking for an HCM Solution Consultant for our State & Local Government team. This role involves partnering with sales teams to deliver product demonstrations to business users, including the offices of the CHRO, CIO, and CFO, showcasing the value of Workday's platform as a business decision-making solution. You will analyze an organization’s environment and propose how Workday's Enterprise Solutions can address their requirements and solve their business concerns. As a Solution Consultant, you will provide HCM expertise to the sales team and customers, engaging in pre-sales activities throughout the sales cycle from initial qualification to tailored product demonstrations and executive-level presentations.
