About The Position

Solution Consultant with a strong interest in data-driven technology to support delivery of Clients Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Agentic AI implementation projects. This is a critical customer-facing role, ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, great communicator and enjoys getting into the nuts & bolts of the platform. The Solution Consultant plays a pivotal role serving as a bridge between the client’s stakeholders and internal teams, including engineers, AI specialists, Product Manager, Project Manager, assuring adoption of our data-driven marketing and customer experience technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • 3 – 6 years of experience at a consulting or software company, in a customer facing role, e.g. Consultant, Business Analyst, on complex SaaS software implementation projects
  • Experience with large data and data management platforms, and familiarity with modeling and mapping concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to lead client meetings and bridge the gap between business and technical teams
  • Ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly and explain them to others clearly
  • A bility to drive initiatives independently and navigate with uncertainties
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodology and tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Marketing Technology or familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, other CDPs, etc. ).
  • Knowledge of SQL or other coding languages (e.g. Python) preferred. (Solution Consultant not expected to write any code, but the knowledge can be very helpful for technical conversations)
  • Basic knowledge of data formats (JSON, XML), APIs, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Comfortable analyzing structured data (e.g., JSON, CSV, SQL datasets) and working with data teams to define mappings.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and become fully proficient in the CDP / Marketing AI platform
  • Provided expert recommendations to our customers on how to expand CDP usage to drive business value
  • Lead workshops with clients to understand business goals, customer data strategies, and use cases for the CDP, Machine Learning Models and AI agents.
  • Map client requirements to the platform features; identify optimal configuration and best use of features to support use cases
  • Help clients identify and track KPIs, collect success stories to drive increased platform usage and ensure awareness of customer success at all levels within customer organization
  • Work closely with the Product, Design, and Engineering teams to drive future direction of the software based on client needs
  • Assist in configuring the platform to support data ingestion, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and activation.
  • Work with client and internal data teams to analyze source data and define data mapping and transformation rules.
  • Support validation and QA of ingested data and ensure accuracy of customer profiles and segments.
  • Develop use cases, translate business requirements into technical stories
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, training, and documentation
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, advise on best practices
  • Support the design and implementation of AI agentic workflows that use customer data to power personalized, automated experiences
  • Work with AI and product teams to define data inputs, triggers, and decision logic for AI-driven actions.
