About The Position

We’re looking for a Solution Center Manager to lead an internal support team that removes sales roadblocks and helps field teams close with confidence. This role is critical to improving sales efficiency, system accuracy, and the overall employee and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of people management experience
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in call center, sales operations or support environments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing support team
  • Oversee daily operations and real-time sales support
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Training to improve processes
  • Identify trends, resolve system issues, and prevent missed sales
