Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities to drive consumption and grow business with existing customers by initiating conversations, providing demos or quotes, and collaborating with partners or internal teams.
• Ensures rapid and robust deployment plans for licensing transactions and project engagements, validated by services and partners.
• Seeks client feedback to understand satisfaction drivers and execute plans to maintain and improve client experience.
• Manages the pipeline of the assigned territory and conducts forecasting for assigned accounts.
• Researches competitor products and collaborates with global black belts to position Microsoft against competitors.
• Drives incremental revenue growth through personal campaigns or internal sources and collaborates with account teams to track and qualify new opportunities.
