About The Position

The Solution Architect is a driven technical expert who supports sales in growing revenue and margin through pre-sales engagements and paid consulting services. This role ensures successful delivery of BIM and cloud solutions, contributes to product innovation, and drives customer satisfaction through strategic planning, technical leadership, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workflow discovery and business process review workshops to identify opportunities that drive revenue and solution adoption.
  • Build and present proposals for software and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and maximizing win rates.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demos, shaping pre-sales methodology and technical positioning across regions.
  • Manage project delivery from pre-sales handover to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope.
  • Create detailed scoping documents and coordinate delivery teams, leading complex projects and ensuring customer milestones are met.
  • Define delivery frameworks and mentor teams globally, driving consistency and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and structure customer insights to drive product evolution and competitive advantage.
  • Lead feedback loops and case study development, shaping the product roadmap and innovation strategy.
  • Advise management on new product opportunities and contribute to Graitec’s innovation pipeline.
  • Provide technical input for proposals and marketing campaigns, partnering with Sales to uncover opportunities and promote cross-selling.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with business units, defining collaboration frameworks and governance models that enhance revenue growth and solution quality.
  • Ensure transparency and informed decision-making by preparing accurate reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
  • Lead reporting strategy, ensure data integrity, and shape data governance and analytics frameworks for the organization.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to documentation and consulting frameworks, contributing to best practices and operational consistency.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across teams, defining global operational excellence standards and methodologies.
  • Build trust and clarity with stakeholders by communicating technical concepts in a clear, audience-appropriate manner.
  • Lead executive-level presentations, influence decision-making, and shape communication strategy globally.
