About The Position

Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of SAP FICO and FSCM modules, ensuring alignment with business strategies and requirements. Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality SAP finance projects. Design and oversee integration of SAP FICO/FSCM with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems. Provide expert guidance on best practices, process improvements, and system optimization within the finance domain. Conduct solution reviews, system configuration, and troubleshooting to resolve complex business and technical issues. Support project management activities including planning, estimation, and resource allocation for SAP finance projects. Develop and maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, and knowledge transfer materials. Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations, releases, and industry trends to continuously enhance the finance landscape.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Strong expertise in SAP FSCM components such as Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Treasury & Risk Management.
• Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
• In-depth understanding of finance business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with integration of SAP FICO/FSCM with other modules (SD, MM, PP) and external systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to architect scalable, secure, and high-performing SAP solutions.
• Strategic thinking and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO/FSCM architecture and implementation.
