About the Role: The WhereScape Solution Architect is a critical member of the pre-sales organization and a key contributor to revenue growth and customer success. This role serves as the primary technical advisor during the sales cycle, helping prospective customers understand how WhereScape fits into their data architecture and how it can accelerate data warehouse and analytics initiatives. You will work closely with Sales to guide customers from early discovery through technical evaluation, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements. By combining deep data warehousing expertise with strong communication skills, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical solutions that address real customer challenges across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. This role combines deep data warehouse expertise with exceptional communication and relationship management. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Support, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure customers receive timely, high-quality solutions to technical challenges.
