We're looking for a seasoned Solution Architect to join our project delivery team - someone who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and direct customer engagement. This isn't your typical behind-the-scenes technical role.

You're the Technical Leader - You'll own the technical relationship with customers from initial requirements through successful deployment. You're not just implementing solutions; you're architecting them to meet specific customer needs.
Direct Customer Impact - Work directly with enterprise clients' project teams, building relationships while solving complex integration challenges. You'll see your technical expertise translate into real business value for major organizations.
Diverse Technical Challenges - Every project is different. One day you're integrating with Lenel OnGuard access control systems, the next you're troubleshooting Active Directory authentication, or configuring cloud-based deployments.

Requirements

• Experienced Professional (10+ years) who doesn't need hand-holding on basic IT concepts
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS)
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills - you can explain complex technical concepts to both IT teams and business stakeholders
• Integration experience with applications, databases, and enterprise systems
• Willing to work US hours and collaborate with global teams

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation - Lead technical delivery of PIAM solutions for enterprise customers
• Customer Collaboration - Work directly with client teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful outcomes
• Technical Problem Solving - Troubleshoot complex integrations involving SQL Server, Active Directory, web services, and various access control platforms
• Project Leadership - Manage technical scope, timelines, and deliverables while mentoring junior team members
• System Integration - Configure and deploy solutions that integrate with existing enterprise infrastructure
