About The Position

The Solution Architect will guide end-to-end architecture across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments while ensuring best-in-class design, performance, and governance. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and engineering teams to drive modernization, standardization, and architectural excellence.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in software engineering and enterprise architecture.
  • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architectures.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid/on-prem integration.
  • Deep understanding of networking, SQL/NoSQL databases, APIs, and observability.
  • Proven experience with secure architecture and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at the executive level.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, CISSP, etc.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Exposure to AI/ML integration, data platforms, and real-time analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions across on-premises, off-premises, and cloud-native environments.
  • Design and implement distributed systems with focus on low latency, high throughput, resilience, and scalability.
  • Apply enterprise architecture patterns including microservices, event-driven architecture, and DDD.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data privacy standards (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Establish and lead a Center of Excellence (CoE) for architecture—standardizing tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Principal Architects and senior stakeholders to define and enforce architecture principles and reference models.
  • Lead technology roadmaps, modernization programs, and strategic technical initiatives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align technology decisions with business goals.
  • Provide architectural mentorship and oversight to engineering teams across multiple domains.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.
