Role Overview The Technical Solutions Engineer will serve as the bridge between U.S. enterprise customers and global engineering/R&D teams, focusing on AI, LLM integration, cloud products, and technical customer success . Requirements

  • Based in California, United States (U.S. West Coast ideal for global time‑zone alignment)
  • 1–2+ years in IT, cloud computing, enterprise technology, or related engineering fields
  • Strong understanding of: Cloud infrastructure & architecture AI/LLM platforms and integration workflows
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Claude , or similar cutting‑edge AI systems
  • Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver hands-on support
  • Experience in BD, Pre‑Sales Engineering, Customer Success, or Solutions Architecture
  • Strong customer communication and ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Fast execution, proactive problem solving, and high ownership mindset
  • Comfortable collaborating with international teams across multiple time zones

Nice To Haves

  • Industry certifications in cloud, AI, or architecture
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or large‑scale deployments

Responsibilities

  • Build strong working relationships with customer engineering, data science, and AI teams
  • Deeply understand customer LLM use cases, architectures, and enterprise AI deployment needs
  • Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for global R&D and product teams
  • Deliver remote or on‑site technical support for AI/LLM and cloud platform deployments
  • Support solution design, architecture planning, POCs , and early deployment troubleshooting
  • Collaborate across time zones with global engineering, product, and business teams
