SOLTECH is seeking a highly skilled, well rounded, and consultative Solution Architect to join our growing team. If you are a seasoned consultant with superior hands-on skills in .NET, Node.js, React.js, application architecture, and custom software development, this is the place for you. Responsibilities Provide consulting expertise to SOLTECH's clients to translate business visions into actionable software designs from requirements gathering, architecture design, and implementation planning. Create project guidance deliverables including solution designs, low-fidelity wireframes, user stories, process diagrams, and conceptual data models. Provide consulting and technical advisement in the form of technical assessments, system evaluations, and solution ideation supported by strong communication and problem-solving skills and utilizing architect-level technical expertise. Provide technical leadership and perform hands-on implementation in technologies including Node.js, React, .NET, Azure, AWS, and more. Utilize strong leadership and consulting skills to support pre- and post-sales stages including upfront solution recommendations and project scoping. Qualifications Current, hands-on, senior-level experience with back-end programming languages such as Node and .NET C#, with familiarity with other languages such as Python and PHP as a plus. Qualified candidates should be comfortable with hands-on coding on a regular basis and mentoring other engineers on difficult technical issues. Senior-level experience with a front-end JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue. React is preferred, but others are considered. Superior experience with cloud architecture and deployments in Azure and AWS. Experience designing and implementing solutions in Docker containers and deploying to the cloud. Experience with Kubernetes is a plus. Hands-on experience delivering enterprise web and mobile applications in a consulting environment. Experience architecting and delivering AI-enabled solutions, including generative AI, in a consulting environment, with an emphasis on scalability, security, and business value is a plus. Proven ability to consult and collaborate with external clients and, in real time, talk through technical solutions that meet their business needs. Experience with solution design, including requirements discussions, wireframing, user story development, flow diagramming, and use case development. Methodology-driven design experience.
