Solution Architect PXE Strategy Realization Office Why We Have This Role The Strategy Realization Office is looking for a new team member who will play a critical role in revolutionizing our systems and processes within the Product, UX, and Engineering (PXE) Organization at Qualtrics. Initially, you will be responsible for defining and driving the technical cleanup of our Jira environment, which requires a significant focus on reducing clutter and standardizing configurations and data. This role will then transition to designing and managing internal technical solutions that sit at the intersection of strategy and execution for future PXE transformation initiatives. As a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, you will ensure our internal systems are designed to meet our company goals and drive value through operational excellence. How You'll Find Success You enjoy owning internal technical solutions to drive better business outcomes. You are a skilled generalist who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of curiosity and self-motivation. You can apply flexible methodologies to drive improvement efforts with a variety of stakeholders. You have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate complex ideas/concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You are comfortable facilitating workshops to co-create optimized systems. You are organized and enjoy juggling multiple priorities at once.
