As Solutions Architect, you will evaluate the client’s business needs and determine how IT can support those needs by leveraging software, hardware, infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree (4 additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree)
• Extensive AWS cloud experience delivering solutions end-to-end: architecting, designing, developing, leading, and implementing cloud infrastructure and application platform technologies across large-scale, multi-team enterprise programs
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust

Nice To Haves

• Previous Federal Government experience.
• Exposure with one or more architecture frameworks (TOGAF, DoDAF, FEAF, etc.). Experience across core infrastructure, application development, data and analytics, and low-code/no-code platforms

Responsibilities

• Ensure IT strategies align with business goals by developing and improving technical solutions.
• Act as a bridge between IT and business operations to align technical solutions for business needs.
• Review existing IT systems and design a future-ready, cloud-based architecture, including roadmaps and diagrams.
• Develop scalable, resilient solutions using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with partners to document interfaces and establish system connections.
• Work with stakeholders to determine priorities and propose effective solutions.
• Analyze alternatives to identify the best technical solutions for business challenges.
• Stay updated on cloud technologies and recommend cost-efficient, functional improvements.
• Implement automated monitoring and CI/CD processes to enhance application development and maintenance.
• Foster teamwork and communicate complex designs clearly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
