The Solution Architect will play a central role in guiding customers through technical onboarding, solution design, and deployment of advanced digital engagement technologies. This position requires a mix of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on problem-solving to ensure seamless implementations. You will work closely with customer technical leaders, helping them translate their business goals into scalable, high-impact solutions. The role involves running workshops, driving pilots to production, resolving technical blockers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate successful outcomes. This is an opportunity to influence customer architecture decisions while shaping long-term value and adoption.

  • Engage proactively with customer technical stakeholders, understanding their needs, business context, and priorities to support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead data workshops to design implementation plans aligned with customer goals and technical environments.
  • Drive pilots, proof of concept (POC) activities, and value analyses, ensuring smooth transitions from testing to production deployment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and campaign activation, delivering timely and effective solutions.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve technical blockers, coordinating with engineering and support teams when necessary.
  • Apply best practices and strategic guidance to maximize product adoption and long-term customer success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical deployment projects, solution architecture, systems design, implementation, or support of distributed applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to build deep technical relationships with senior IT leaders in large or strategic accounts.
  • Strong communication skills, able to lead virtual teams and coordinate successful project execution.
  • Extensive experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructures, architecture design, migrations, and technology management.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, REST, XML, and database technologies.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, marketing technologies, mobile applications, APIs, or programming.
