The Hartford is seeking a transformative, customer centric Solution Architect to join the Claims and Operations IT team as we progress through our modernization agenda. If you’re a passionate technical leader with a continuous learning mindset and motivation to stay on top of the latest trends in emerging technologies such as AI, Platforms, Products, APIs, Microservices/Micro Frontends, Cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, and more, then this position is for you. This technical leadership position allows you to apply your strong application design, development, and excellent communication skills. This position will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative end-to-end software architectures that enable strategic business objectives. You will create end-to-end AI and digital-first solution designs spanning across multiple components and technologies in a dynamic, Agile environment. You will also provide technical leadership to project teams as the solution design progresses through implementation into run. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to influence business leaders and shape the business vision by aligning technology strategies with business goals, ensuring that our digital and AI-first approach drives impactful outcomes across the Technology organization.
