Requirements
- Scientific or technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong technical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of database queries (MS SQL Server)
- Knowledge of retail business processes and industry challenges at both strategic and operational levels
- Proven consulting experience within IT, merchandising, or supply chain planning
- Experience with enterprise business applications and planning management systems
Nice To Haves
- Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server
- Experience with ERP software modules
- Knowledge of data science concepts
- Power BI experience, including dataset modeling and dashboard design
Responsibilities
- Define and optimize business processes in collaboration with client business experts
- Work closely with solution delivery teams on technical design and customer-specific implementations
- Collect, analyze, challenge, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Define software architecture and configuration to meet required business processes
- Support system testing, validation, and implementation readiness
