About The Position

Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in solution development with a focus on Federal proposals.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, HCD, and DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with architecture and delivery techniques for modern cloud solutions.
• Understanding of human-centered design and product management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in writing and managing proposal sections.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Data Interoperability and enterprise case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions for specific opportunities, highlighting unique strengths and methodologies.
• Lead the development of innovative solutions with technical and customer domain experts.
• Contribute to demos, proposals, and oral presentations.
• Develop technical and operational delivery capabilities into compliant proposal content.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to refine and improve solutions.
• Engage with high-level customers to showcase capabilities and introduce new technologies.
• Head up technical teams for Design challenges.
• Mentor team members and provide strategic insights throughout the proposal process.
