About The Position

This role, Journey/Solution Architect – Workplace, is responsible for articulating what is possible for our customers to transform their business for the hybrid-cloud era with productivity suites such as Microsoft 365 and Cisco technologies. You will work alongside a team of sales professionals to architect solutions that enable a modern workplace for our customers, representing Softchoice's value as one of North America's top solutions providers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience in technology focus area.
• 4+ years’ experience in services pre-sales or post-sales services delivery/support capacity.
• Mastery of at least two of the following required technologies: Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration, Microsoft 365 Identity and Threat Protection, Microsoft 365 Device and Apps Management, Microsoft Copilot, Cisco WebEx and WebEx Teams.
• Exceptional communication and personal skills, both written and verbal, including presenting to C-level executives.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Cisco Call Manager and Contact Center.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Information Protection and Governance.

• Document agreed-upon solutions through well-written statements of work.
