About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Manhattan WMOS / MAWM with 10–15 years of Business Analyst experience in the warehouse and supply chain domain . The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in planning, process design, and financials , along with hands-on experience delivering solutions using Manhattan WMOS and MAWM , as well as custom WMS platforms. This role requires strong functional leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to architect scalable, integrated solutions across WMS, ERP, TMS, and procurement systems.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years as a Business Analyst in the Warehouse domain
  • Strong expertise in Planning, Process Design, and Financials
  • Deep experience with Manhattan WMOS and MAWM
  • Experience working with custom WMS solutions
  • SQL & Data Analysis
  • Power BI / Advanced Excel reporting
  • BPMN / Process Modeling (Visio or similar tools)
  • JIRA / Confluence
  • UAT and Test Coordination
  • ERP & Procurement systems (SAP MM, Oracle Retail RMS)
  • Deep functional knowledge of: Purchase Order lifecycle, Planning rules, Carrier onboarding, Invoice reconciliation
  • Strong requirements engineering skills: BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance criteria and traceability
  • BPMN-based process mapping
  • Ability to analyze procurement and operational data using SQL, Excel, and Power BI for: Cost optimization, Vendor performance measurement
  • Excellent stakeholder management and governance: Executive status reporting, RAID management, KPI definition and tracking
  • 10–15 years of experience in Warehouse / Supply Chain roles, primarily as a Business Analyst or Solution Architect
  • Proven delivery experience with enterprise-scale Manhattan WMOS / MAWM environments
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, planning, procurement, and financial flows
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and lead large, cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable in client-facing, consultative roles
  • Deep functional knowledge of Manhattan WMOS / MAWM , including reporting and labor concepts
  • Strong understanding of system and integration architecture
  • Working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures
  • Solid understanding of ITIL-based service management

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to integration flows between WMS (WMOS/MAWM), ERP, and TMS systems
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
  • Familiarity with service delivery and reporting tools
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end solution architecture and functional design for Manhattan WMOS / MAWM implementations and support engagements
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, Manhattan-aligned solution designs
  • Act as the primary functional authority for WMOS / MAWM across planning, procurement, financials, and warehouse operations
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including BAs, functional consultants, and QA resources
  • Define and track SLAs, KPIs, and governance metrics to ensure delivery quality
  • Conduct regular client solution and service reviews to identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Manhattan best practices
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex functional and solution-related issues
  • Coordinate closely with technical, integration, and testing teams to ensure accurate execution
  • Lead and support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and business sign-off
