About The Position

As the Solution Architect for the Corporate Security Technology group within Information Technology, leads the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level IT solutions. Provides strategic technical direction, fosters innovation, and resolves complex business and technical challenges. Develops and maintains comprehensive technical specifications, proactively identifies risks, and recommends effective alternatives. Communicates decisions with clarity and consistency, while setting and maintaining the highest standards for technical excellence and solution quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
  • 5+ years' experience in system architecture, software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  • Expert knowledge of Azure, .NET, SQL, and architectural design.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
  • Airline Industry leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the overall architecture of IT solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable, secure, and efficient.
  • Work with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems into the existing IT environment, ensuring compatibility and performance.
  • Create detailed architectural documentation, including diagrams, design patterns, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure that all solutions comply with industry standards and regulations and implement robust security measures to protect data and systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends and incorporate relevant advancements into the organization's IT strategy.
