About The Position

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative EHR solutions, collaborating with clients, internal leadership, and technical teams. You will translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions, guide project teams, and influence client decision-making with strategic insight. Your work will involve pre-sales solution development, requirement gathering, and iterative solution planning while ensuring high-quality client outcomes. This position provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where your technical expertise and creativity will directly impact healthcare delivery and organizational success.

Requirements

  • 10+ active Epic certifications across clinical, administrative, or interface applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare solution delivery.
  • Experience with Epic applications such as Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, MyChart, Prelude, Cadence, Professional/Hospital Billing, OpTime, Anesthesia, Radiant, or Cupid.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects using Agile principles.
  • Knowledge of EHR workflow creation, application programming interfaces, and integration engines.
  • Strong customer management and service skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical and solution subject matter expert in client-facing engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and EHR architects to design and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales solution generation, clearly articulating how solutions meet client needs.
  • Elicit customer requirements, document technical and business needs, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Lead solution development processes, including planning, scoping, mentoring, review, and client discussions.
  • Present strategic guidance for client product enhancements and go-to-market execution.
  • Improve internal workflows, processes, and support documents while managing multiple projects concurrently.
