About The Position
We are looking for a passionate Solution Architect to partner with our clients to support software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare software systems, particularly with experience in Cerner Millennium, Soarian, RevElate, Epic, Allscripts, or MEDITECH. This role involves providing expertise to revenue cycle teams, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and delivering workflow and solution design recommendations. Additionally, the Solution Architect will consult on automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The responsibilities of the Solution Architect include collaborating with clients to understand their needs and challenges, analyzing existing systems and workflows, and proposing innovative solutions that align with best practices in the industry. The role requires a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and tools, as well as knowledge of database design principles and SQL query language. Proficiency in VBA for Excel automation is considered a plus, as it can significantly aid in streamlining processes and improving data management. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in the specified healthcare software systems is preferred, along with familiarity with software development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
