About The Position

Are you passionate about shaping the future of insurance through cutting-edge AI? We’re looking for a visionary Solution Architect who can design and deliver transformative AI-driven solutions for our Business Insurance portfolio. This is your chance to lead innovation, architect scalable systems, and redefine how businesses manage risk in a digital-first world. This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office (Hartford, CT; Charlotte, NC; Columbus, OH) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
• Insurance Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Business Insurance processes, risk analysis, and regulatory landscape.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to influence stakeholders and lead solution design from concept to deployment.
• Innovation Mindset: Passion for emerging technologies and their application in real-world business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI Solutions: Design end-to-end AI-driven platforms for underwriting and risk assessment.
• Drive Innovation: Leverage machine learning, NLP, and predictive analytics to create intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable architectures.
• Ensure Compliance & Security: Implement best practices for data governance, security, and regulatory compliance in AI solutions.
• Future-Proof Systems: Build modular, cloud-native architectures that adapt to evolving business needs and emerging technologies.
