About The Position

The Solution Advisor II is a multi-housing industry professional, experienced in Property Management technology and Operations. This position applies multi-housing industry experience and in-depth OneSite product knowledge to help customers effectively optimize their RealPage products. The Solution Advisor is a customer advocate, an effective communicator and listener that possesses the ability to build relationships and trust with customers to drive optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience in multifamily Operations, Implementation, Training or System Administrator role
  • Minimum of three to five years’ experience as a System Administrator or related experience resulting in a deep understanding of OneSite settings
  • Expert understanding of RealPage products and services is required
  • Advanced understanding of property management required at both corporate and property level
  • Ability to perform in depth OneSite Business Model Reviews, identify inefficiencies and opportunities and provide customer strategic advice
  • Ability to work closely across the customers organization to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including Senior leadership, Regional Management, Accounting, Marketing, and IT
  • Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment
  • Possess strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrate ability to proactively assess and address risk
  • Experience with mentoring or training others
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills
  • Experience with creating and delivering professional presentations
  • Flexible, detailed and able to successfully manage change
  • Outstanding documentation and follow-up capabilities required
  • Ability to travel (client request, otherwise all meetings are virtual)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain advanced knowledge of OneSite Leasing & Rents and integrated products settings and configuration
  • Maintain knowledge of RealPage products and integrations and be able to communicate the value proposition
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of the Unified Platform and New OneSite
  • Actively and efficiently manage customer engagements
  • Keep current on Multifamily industry trends
  • Create amazing customer experiences that increase customer loyalty and protect ACV (annual contract value)
  • Maintain accurate records within SalesForce of all customer communications
  • Maintain accurate time tracking of utilization for each engagement
  • Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems
  • Manage difficult situations into positive interactions with internal and external customers
  • Manage relationships to foster open communication regarding strategy, short/long term initiatives and goals
  • Identify potential revenue opportunities that align with customer business strategy
  • Participate in projects as needed
