About The Position
San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful renovated pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Solrisa Server to our Mission Bay Family. As Solrisa Server, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be the morning/evening face of the restaurant. We are looking for a new team member to work during our high season at the Solrisa pool outlet. In this position, you serve top-notch food and beverage with class and style adding to the wonderful stay of the guest's dream vacation.
Requirements
- Have experience in a similar size hotel/ restaurant. We look for candidates with full service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale independent hotel/restaurant.
- Seek to work in a beautiful hotel where you constantly meet new people.
- Are eager to learn and take pride in your work
- Are reliable, have a flexible mind-set and like to smile
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in heat and sun
- Cable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables/guests
- Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and peak season.
