Full-Time: Solo Developer – AI-Native Builder
About The Position
The VA Group is looking for experienced, sharp, self-driven Solo Developers who can ship features quickly using AI coding assistants. You: Have strong coding fundamentals and can take a feature from idea to production independently (AI is a tool, not a crutch) Use Claude Code, Antigravity, or similar AI tools daily Are comfortable with a modern stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, Vercel Communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and ask smart questions You might not be a match if you: Are a junior developer expecting AI to fill knowledge gaps Require hand-holding or detailed specifications Have only experimented with AI tools a few times This is: Full Time Fully remote and async A fast-paced AI agency building real products To apply: Send a brief introduction and your tech stack Share an example of a project you shipped using AI tools Describe your Claude Code or Antigravity workflow and what makes you fast By providing a telephone number and submitting this form, you consent to be contacted by SMS text message. Requirements
