About The Position

GoEngineer is a leading provider of innovative design platforms, deploying engineering software and 3D printing technology to make the design process efficient, intelligent, and cutting-edge. As an Account Manager on our software team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships. You'll be responsible for understanding client needs, aligning our products and services with their goals, and ensuring their success with our solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to account management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of sales experience in Manufacturing, Information Technology, or Computer Software industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to account management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience with CAD software, preferably SOLIDWORKS, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Growth Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual unit and profit targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive revenue growth within accounts.
  • Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Understand each client's unique business challenges and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
  • Account Planning Create and implement account plans to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients to align GoEngineer solutions with their strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform account strategies.
  • Customer Success Ensure clients are satisfied with GoEngineer solutions and services.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in NetSuite.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and clients.
