About The Position
Oxfam is a global organization that fights inequality to end poverty and injustice. This position involves the final evaluation of a program in Central America focused on Disaster Risk Reduction and Community Resilience, specifically in Guatemala and El Salvador. The consultancy will last for 40 days between August 2025 and December 2025. The program aims to strengthen community preparedness, rapid response, and recovery from disasters, having been implemented since January 2023 and continuing until December 2025. The evaluation will assess the impacts and learnings from this phase of the project, considering previous evaluations and the current context of disaster risk in the region.
