Requirements
- Prior experience in soldering electronic components is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Drug screen and background check required
Responsibilities
- Perform soldering and de-soldering tasks on electronic components following work instructions and blueprints.
- Inspect soldered joints to ensure they meet quality and industry standards.
- Use hand tools and soldering equipment safely and effectively.
- Identify and document any defects or issues during the soldering process.
- Collaborate with quality and production teams to maintain high product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
