Requirements

3+ years of soldering and assembly experience (required)
Ability to solder and de-solder SMT and through-hole components (required)
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools (required)
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints (required)
Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for security clearance (required)

Nice To Haves

IPC 610/620/JSTD certifications (advantage)
Two-year technical degree (advantage)

Responsibilities

Perform soldering, wire and cable assembly, and related operations.
Maintain and operate soldering equipment.
Assemble components using hand tools and follow engineering drawings.
Conduct experiments on high-voltage, high-power devices.
Inspect finished products for quality and assist in resolving production issues.
Utilize electrical schematics to wire systems and cabinets.
Operate microscopes, gauges, and crimping equipment for precision work.
