Position Specific Description This position sits within NextEra Energy's Power Generation Division (PGD) non- nuclear operations, exceeding 40,000 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity. This individual will perform daily activities related but not limited to heavy equipment operations and maintenance, site vegetation maintenance, and overall site support for solar and battery storage operations at Titan & Grazing Yak Solar, in Calhan & Deer Trail Colorado. The focus of the job is to support site operations with daily maintenance activities in solar and BESS fields. Personnel will be executing routine tasks of vegetation maintenance along with heavy equipment operation. Seasonal support on winterization and summer readiness preventative maintenance. The role includes occasional night work during major maintenance activities collaborating with the Colorado region and common vendors that support the sites.
