About The Position
Solar Thermal Installer (Former PV Installers Welcome) Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 / Hour Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (with match), Paid Training, and Year-Round Work. If you've spent time on roofs, you already have 90% of the skills we need. We are looking for experienced installers to transition into Solar Thermal Systems. Instead of wiring inverters, you'll be mastering high-efficiency hydraulic systems. You keep the craftsmanship and the outdoor environment you love, but with a focus on commercial and residential pool heating. Your New Roll As a Solar Pool Crew Member, you will assist in the installation of solar thermal collectors ad the plumbing infrastructure that powers them. The Build: Install solar thermal panels, racking, mounting hardware on various roof types The Flow: Layout and plumb PVC Piping systems for high-performance pool heating The Prep: Manage truck inventory an job site staging to ensure a "one-and-done" quality installation The Safety: Maintain rigorous safety standards using harnesses, lanyards, and ropes (standards you likely already know by heart) Why You're the Right Fit We aren't looking for beginners; we're looking for craftsman .
